TECHNICAL TRAINING
Training takes a fundamental part in the support JA Delmas and Manutention Africaine Côte d’Ivoire proposes you: it is a guarantee of your people's safety. It also ensures that the tasks will be performed according to usage, and in optimal conditions of use and productivity.
A COMPREHENSIVE AND PROGRESSIVE TRAINING PACKAGE
Our courses are articulated into three categories, adapted to the trainees’ context and missions, to meet the diverse learning needs of our technicians. In individual cases, these courses are likely to be taught in our training centers or directly on your operating sites.
The basic modules
They work to develop the skills and know-how maintenance and efficient operation and logic of the Cat machines.
Specific modules
Their goal is to complete the achievements of basic modules, including diagnosis, mastering the latest technology and the monitoring of the evolution of our equipment.
The operators’ modules
They provide the knowledge and know-how to achieve an optimal and safe use of equipment. To ensure a better efficiency, these modules take place ideally directly on your operating site, under real task conditions.
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTRES FOR LOCAL SUPPORT
Representative of the dynamism and importance given to training by JA Delmas and other member of the network, we opened the Mathieu Lindor Regional Training Center was inaugurated in October 2013, in Abidjan, Ivoiry Coast.
The development and improvement of operators and technicians skills are at the heart of our strategy. All facilities are available on site, as well as technical and educational resources, and this in a perspective of operational effectiveness continues :
