In order to meet its customers’ requirements, Manutention Africaine Côte d’Ivoire can count on its own Component Rebuilt Centre (CRC).
Our Centre’s aim is to enable us to offer our customers renovated components, less expensive than new ones (Engines, transmissions, cylinders).
Our center corresponds to the standards of CATERPILLAR on contamination control: packaging of parts dismantled and stored, pressurized workshop, refurbished components protection.

- An area of 1000m²
- 10 ton crane
- Other components: transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, hydraulic cylinders, injection pumps
THE PROGRAMS
The component exchange program
Our novel program prevents any stoppage for your machinery during its maintenance. For this, we provide a component to be installed on your engine as we repair your used initial part.
Reconditioning is advantageous for you and a relevant option, thanks to the composition of CAT parts, all designed to be repairable or reconditioned.

The component reconditioning program
Simple process, the reconditioning is about restoring your component following the Caterpillar methods and procedures. Programmed and planned, your component is reconditioned before breaking down, in an optimal time frame. If a major deterioration or damage happens, our repair kits can help you in saving your components. Each Maintenance and repair process is adapted to your equipment: sophisticated tests, dedicated tools and staff trained in the newest technological progresses.
